Returns
The Rowdy Cowboy is happy to accept returns or exchanges of any unworn clothing item(s) or handbag/backpack that is not customized for store credit. All jewelry is final sale. All sale items are final sale.
To be eligible for return for store credit, the clothing item or handbag/backpack must be in the same condition as it was when sold or delivered. (e.g., there should be no visible stains, wear marks, odors, or defects). All labeling, including price tags, must be intact. Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY and must be made within 21 days of the purchase date. The return ship date must be within this time frame or your return will not be accepted. All items for return must be sent to The Rowdy Cowboy, 801 W Main St., Tavares, FL 32778. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving defective merchandise, or if there is any error with your order.
Only items that are received damaged or incorrect are eligible for a return postage label from The Rowdy Cowboy. For any incorrect or defective merchandise, please email a photo to sales@therowdycowboy.com within 3 days of receipt.
A receipt or other proof of puchase is REQUIRED for ALL returns.

WE WARRANTY AGAINST ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS. IF THE MANUFACTURING QUALITY OF THE HAT YOU HAVE CHOSEN DOESN’T LIVE UP TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS, PLEASE CALL. WE’RE HAPPY TO TALK WITH YOU 7 DAYS A WEEK.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items that are not customized may be returned for store credit. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or have been incorrectly personalized. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@therowdycowboy.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to The Rowdy Cowboy 801 W Main St., Tavares, FL 32778 USA.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Please consider purchasing shipping insurance or use a trackable shipping source (USPS, UPS, FedEx) if you are returning an item valued over $75.
We are not responsible for returned items we do not receive.
